Offset Avoids Criminal Assault Charge

JAY-Z Concert Delayed Four Hours at Yankee Stadium
Last night, Jay-Z was scheduled to perform at Yankee Stadium in NYC at 8:00 PM ET, but he didn’t take the stage until approximately 12:17 AM.
